Privacy Policy
This policy clearly explains how ETZ Soft processes personal data on its websites, systems and digital customer service channels.
This is a translation. In case of divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Who we are and to whom this policy applies
ETZ Soft — Sistemas Inteligentes (“ETZ Soft”) develops websites, systems, automations and digital customer service solutions. This policy applies to the environments operated by ETZ Soft, including the websites etzsoft.com.br, alexquinto.dev and strategie.stream and the painel.strategie.stream dashboard, authenticated areas, forms, the Command Center and customer service integrations with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
Depending on the service, ETZ Soft may act as the data controller or as a processor on behalf of a client. When we act on a client's instructions, that client remains responsible for decisions about the processing applicable to its own audience.
2. What data we may process
We process only the data necessary for each purpose, such as:
- Identification and contact: name, e-mail, phone number, company and data voluntarily provided in forms or conversations.
- Account and access data: user identifiers, profile, authentication provider and records necessary for session security.
- Customer service and relationship: message content, subject, date and time, channel, conversation history, person responsible for the service, decisions and next steps.
- Attachments and channel events: type and minimal metadata of attachments and interactions, when necessary to understand or route the request.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser, device, logs, access attempts and audit events.
- Commercial and contractual data: information about proposals, orders, services, billing and payment, when there is a commercial relationship.
Sensitive data: we do not request sensitive personal data in ordinary customer service conversations. Please do not send this type of information without need and prior guidance.
3. Data received from Meta
When you interact with the ETZ Soft Page on Facebook or with its professional account on Instagram, we may receive from Meta data made available through the authorized permissions, such as identifiers linked to the channel, name or public profile information when available, message content, reactions, comments, date and time, and technical event metadata.
ETZ Soft does not receive your Facebook or Instagram password. Use of the platforms themselves is also subject to Meta's terms and policies.
4. What we use the data for
- receiving, organizing, routing and responding to requests;
- maintaining continuity and context across authorized interactions;
- performing contracts and taking steps prior to entering into a contract;
- operating accounts, authentication, support and contracted features;
- protecting users, systems and channels against fraud and abuse;
- complying with legal and regulatory obligations and orders from authorities;
- improving services, processes and service quality using data proportionate to the purpose.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing may be based on the performance of a contract or of preliminary procedures, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, the regular exercise of rights, legitimate interest assessed with safeguards, or consent where it is required. Consent is not used as a generic basis for all activities.
6. Automation and artificial intelligence
Some messages may be processed by automations or artificial intelligence agents to classify subjects, identify the appropriate person in charge, summarize context and prepare responses. The team maintains oversight commensurate with the risk and reviews relevant decisions or commitments.
We do not adopt decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or a significant impact on a person without the applicable safeguards and rights.
Data received through the Meta integrations is not used by ETZ Soft to train artificial intelligence models for its own purposes. When an automation is used in customer service, it receives only the context necessary to perform that activity.
7. Data sharing
Data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with hosting, database, security, authentication, communication, payment and support providers; with Meta and other channel platforms chosen by the user; with clients on whose behalf we operate a service; and with authorities when there is a legal obligation.
ETZ Soft does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for authentication, security, preferences and the operation of the systems. Optional measurement or advertising technologies, when used, must respect the applicable choices and legal requirements.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as necessary to provide the service, preserve legitimately necessary operational history, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and exercise rights. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless there is a basis for retention.
To request deletion, see our data deletion instructions.
10. Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures proportionate to the risk, including access control, least privilege, encryption in transit, event logging, auditing and continuity routines. No digital environment, however, can offer an absolute guarantee against all incidents.
11. International transfers
Global platforms and cloud providers may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we seek to use suppliers and contractual mechanisms compatible with the protection required by applicable law.
12. Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions.
We may ask for minimal information to confirm your identity and protect the data against improper requests. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
13. Children and adolescents
Our commercial channels are not directed at children. If data of children or adolescents is sent without the appropriate participation or authorization of a parent or guardian, please contact us so that we can assess the appropriate measures.
14. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the services, channels or legislation. The date of the current version will always be indicated at the top of this page.
